We approach wine and spirits the same way we approach most things worth doing: with genuine curiosity, a few informed opinions, and no interest in pretension.

This is a tasting built around conversation. We curate a selection of wines or spirits — sometimes themed by region, sometimes by grape or distillation method, sometimes by the story they tell — and we work through them together. No sommelier affectations. No quiz. Just the pleasure of paying attention to something good.

The virtual format was born out of necessity and stayed because it works. You receive the bottles before the session, we guide the evening live, and the conversation that happens when people share wine from different cities is reliably worth having.
